1. Estimates & Proposals

All written proposals provided by SB Restorations are based on visual inspection, drone aerial surveys, and scope metrics available at the time of the audit. If concealed damage (e.g. rotted sub-decking or structural framing issues) is discovered upon tear-off, supplemental documentation will be presented to the property owner and insurer for approval before proceeding.

2. Insurance Claims & Supplements

SB Restorations assists homeowners by documenting damages according to Xactimate industry standards. Final authorization and settlement amounts remain between the property owner and their insurance carrier.

3. Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranties

We provide dedicated contractor workmanship warranties on all full roof replacements and structural rebuilds. Manufacturer material warranties (up to 50 years on architectural shingles and lifetime on metal systems) are registered upon project completion and final payment.

4. Property Access & Safety

Property owners agree to provide safe access to the work area, driveway, and exterior power/water sources as required. SB Restorations maintains comprehensive general liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage on every project.
